So... Many of you know of my beloved Bunny Ryly.
Turns out what we thought was a case of the "snuffles", a treatable and common infection, was a cist in the back of his mouth causing his nasal passages to be irritated.
Being an old rabbit meant that it was risky to undergo surgeries to only have him for another year at best. So my dad made the call.
He had my baby bunny put down.
I know it was probably the best option, I only heard what my dad told me about his condition, but it didn't sound at all well. In fact I feel bad that he continued to suffer. Sneezing, aching, and after a wile he stopped eating his apples altogether.
But let me tell you a bit about how I got him and such.
I was at Polo Park mall with when she found 200 dollars. No kidding! Now we were really young and didn't really have our morals set completely strait, and in all honesty I probably would keep it even to this day. So we split it between us. She bought Naruto merchandise and I bought a rabbit.
Rabbit nesessaties proved to cost over 100 but my dad instantly fell in love with the bunny. - He also cought wind of how we had gotten the money and offered up 200 dollars of his own money to hand into the lost and found.
So I have a cute little albino bunny ins a nice spacious rabbit house built by my dad.
I named his Ryly after an old (even then) Oc of mine who was a quirky albino who was in the Death Note universe.
He seemed fond of being called "Lord Ryly" and enjoyed classical music over my alternative tastes. He was playful but timid and very loving.
I never managed to walk him much since he hated being harnessed.
He followed me to Salem's house when I moved out for half a year. I kept him close company and cleaned his cage regularly.
He always had a sniffle or a sneeze, and until recently we didn't even know of the possability of the "sniffles".
I'm really going to miss him so much. I sobbed twice while composing this memior of him.
